"Cattitude" by Donna Maria Waltz

Rreeeooww!! Love the cheeky face! Love the details! very nice indeed!

The first thing that came to mind when I saw this was that she looks kinda like Krystal from Starfox Adventures, minus the fur color, clothing, species, and a number of other details. The piece is very well done, its like the character could be in a CGI movie or in a current generation video game (assuming its graphics are aiming for a more artistic and stylistic feel than mundane ultra-realism). The only issue I see with it that could be improved is maybe the fur. It looks very good, but it just seems a bit too smooth in some places, and she doesn’t look quite as fluffy as you’d expect a cat to look. Of course, this may just be me lacking the proper eye for critiquing artwork. After all, I’m a writer who can’t do much better than stick figures.

What a lovely piece. She’s practically oozing attitude. I like the contrast between her paler-coloured jewellery and the brighter surroundings. Love the detail in the Egyptian pillars too, that must have taken quite some time. Nice work!

The pillars, the costuming, the detail on the podium - amazing. Your knowledge of Egyptian design rocks. Love her expression and her ponytail. How did she grow her hair so long? Love the way her blue eyes are echoed in her collar. Her sandaled feet are very beautiful and well done.
