SciFi and Fantasy Art High King by Donna Maria Waltz

A character from a shared universe and friend and I created and occasionally write stories in. This is Neil Edward Lord, aka Winter. He was once a mortal man (if never a 'normal ordinary' mortal man) and a Paladin but is now the High Kingof Faery and a demigod (though you'll never get him to admit to the demigod part). He came to Faery to fulfill a pledge and ended up getting, well, railroaded (by the goddess, Dana) into the the High King position. His sword, Lifestealer, was carved from one of the fangs of the great ice dragon Winter and is supposed to look like it was carved out of snow. Neil, by accident, became 'one' with his sword and by extension, the spirit of the dragon, Winter. He has the power to control the weather and when he gets mad, the temperature tends to drop and it often starts to snow.
